About Us

Established in 2001 in Charlotte, North Carolina, FaciliTech focused primarily on service. Over the years, our offerings have grown into a full suite of services related to technical, mechanical, and control systems.

FaciliTech is geographically located in the Piedmont of North Carolina to effectively serve our customers in both the Carolinas. Our commitment is to respond to our customers’ technical requirements in a cost-effective manner while providing first-class customer service.

Executive Team

Nick Sarif President

Nick founded the company in 2001 with a vision to set a new standard in the commercial and industrial HVAC field for quality workmanship, prompt response and excellent customer service. Mr. Sarif has nearly 30 years of experience in commercial and industrial heating and air conditioning systems and service as well temperature controls. Mr. Sarif holds an Associates in Applied Science degree from Central Piedmont Community College as well as a North Carolina contractor's license H-2 and H-3 Class-1.

Mike Seybuck Chief Financial Officer

Joined the company in February 2009 as the Controller. Mr. Seybuck has 13+ years' experience in accounting, budgeting, forecasting, audit, tax, and financial reporting. Mr. Seybuck holds an Associate in Science degree as well as a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from UNC-Charlotte.

Danny Fox Operations Manager, CEM

Joined the company in May 2007. Mr. Fox has 30+ years' experience in Commercial/Industrial HVAC with emphasis on Controls and building automation. Mr. Fox is certified in Teletrol Open Systems Programming as well as Tridium AX. Mr. Fox also has a strong knowledge of Honeywell, Trane, and Tridium R2 controls. Mr. Fox holds a North Carolina contractor's license H-2 and H-3 Class-1 and is a Certified Energy Manager with the Association of Energy Engineers.

Russell Prather V.P. of Business Development

Russell has over 30 years of experience in HVAC system solutions including Energy Efficiency Projects, Automation Projects, Retrofit Projects, Design, and Complex Problem Solving he also has a North Carolina Contractor’s license H-1, H-2, H-3 Class-1, Unlimited Electrical Contractors license and a North Carolina Refrigeration license.

Audie Lowery Project Sales Manager

Audie joined FaciliTech, Inc. in June 2002. Audie brings to the company nearly 20 years of experience in the Commercial/Industrial HVAC field. Audie has a strong background in chillers(Reciprocating, Centrifugal, and Screw). Audie maintains continuing education on all chiller types and also holds an Associates of Science degree in HVAC. Audie also holds a North Carolina contractor’s license H-3 Class-1.

FaciliTech Announces New Branding

New Branding Announced!

FaciliTech is happy to announce the launch of a new logo and branding effort, including a new website, to emphasize our dedication to maintaining the world's most energy efficient buildings. We've been working with our clients to improve their energy performance—and keep their costs down—through exceptional service solutions since we opened our doors.

Our new website, still hosted at www.facilitech-inc.com, is designed to help spread our message of energy efficiency and world-class service. We've designed the site so it is easier to search for us on major search engines and we've also made it easier to find the information people are looking for. A new section of the website, called "Energy", details our ongoing commitment to energy performance.

In an effort to allow others to get more familiar with us, we've added more information about FaciliTech in the "Learn More" section of the site. Included in this section is a more detailed history of our company and our executive team. We highlight community organizations which we support and industry groups we impact, as well as this News & Information section which will be regularly updated with current news.

We continue to invest in maintaining a leading edge on the energy conversation. As part of this effort, our parent company, Service Logic, has opened a new central Energy Center to support our growing work on energy projects. This center of excellence and support is proactive and team-focused to make sure we continue to lead the industry.

We wouldn't be doing this if not to better serve our clients. We're dedicated to maintaining the world's most efficient buildings; this is the next chapter in that lofty goal. We're very proud of our new look and renewed focus and we hope you can see the benefits, too. Some things won't change: Our clients will still get the great service they've come to expect, and we will continue to improve our offerings to better serve their needs.
